Fishing Frenzy beside the Ice Fishing arcade habit
This chart is a promo for one listing, not a ranking. I still have to say where the phrase sits, because Ice Fishing and this binary are not the same picture. Checked 21 September 2026.
Two pictures, one heading
Ice fishing, in ordinary speech, is a hole, a cold, a wait. Fishing Frenzy, on the App Store, is a timed arcade with pretty fish and monsters, compared in its own blurb to Flick Fishing and to Mario / Donkey Kong. Tintash wrote that comparison, not me. The keyword on this chart is a phrase I was asked to carry in titles. I will not pretend the listing prints ice, shanties, or a depth gauge.
What the family arcade actually is
Twenty-five levels. A timer. Points. An accelerometer, then a touch fallback. A soundtrack. A 4+ age line. Free on the current card. Ratings clustered around 2.9 from 997 people, most of those voices dated 2011–2013 if you read the sample Apple still shows. That is the object. It is closer to a carnival stall than to a winter ledger.
Who it suits, who it does not
It suits a reader who wants the original listing, the original stills, and a straight walk to Apple. It does not suit anyone shopping for a current simulation, a multiplayer pond, or a 2026 art pass. I am not stacking four other fishing apps beside it here; that would be a different chart.
What it is not
Not a genre survey. Not a promise that the phrase Ice Fishing describes the mechanic. Not a host for the binary. If the habit you want is the winter one, this listing will not scratch it. If the habit you want is a short arcade with fish, the card is at least honest about the timer.
