An Ice Fishing hour on an old iPhone timer

The store still sells a 2010 sitting. I am not going to write as if I spent last night on a new build. Checked 21 September 2026.

What you are actually opening

Minimum iOS on the card is 2.2.1. That number is archaeology. Current-version date: 24 July 2010. The What’s New line for 1.0.5 is “Bug fixes and beter compatibility for iOS4” — their spelling. Apple now prints a second line above the fold: the developer needs to update the app to work with your version of iOS.

Mac is listed as macOS 11 with M1, Vision as visionOS 1.0, and the same public card says designed for iPhone and not verified for macOS. I list those lines together because they already contradict each other in tone. I will not pick a winner.

An hour, according to 2010

Version 1.0.1 claimed the campaign had been stretched toward an hour. That is a developer note from 5 April 2010, not a session I timed this week. If the binary still launches, the clock inside the levels is the thing you actually feel — not a campaign timer on the home screen. Reviews from 2011 talk about repetition, ads interrupting a run, a restart after a mis-tap. Those reviews are still on the listing. They are old. So is the build.

Who should bother

Someone curious about a family arcade that never left 2010, and willing to accept that Apple may refuse to run it. Someone who wants a current fishing sim should leave this chart. I am not going to bait-and-switch you with a screenshot from another decade and a wink.

What it is not

It is not tech support. I cannot push a patch. Tintash’s listing privacy section is blank; the developer “will be required to provide privacy details when they submit their next app update.” There has not been a next update on this record since 2010. Accessibility features are also unmarked.
